Data we process and purpose

This website has no forms or user accounts. We only process the data you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp (name, contact details and the content of your enquiry), solely to answer your request. Bookings are handled on Mister Plan, which operates under its own privacy policy.

Legal basis and retention

The legal basis is your consent when you contact us and, where applicable, pre-contractual measures taken at your request. We keep the data for as long as your enquiry or booking is being handled and, afterwards, for the periods required by law to address possible liabilities.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. The providers needed to deliver the service act as data processors: website hosting (Cloudflare) and the messaging services you use to contact us (email, WhatsApp). Bookings made on Mister Plan are subject to its own policy.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to the owner's email address, stating which right you wish to exercise. If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
