Key handover
Keys are handed over in person, by hand, when you arrive.
Deposit
We ask for a deposit and have 48 hours after check-out to inspect the house. We will explain the amount and how it works when you book.
Personal touch
We are a family-run house: if you have a question, you talk to people, not to a mailbox.

Frequently asked questions
The questions we get most before a booking.
How many people can stay?
Up to 8 adults in four double bedrooms, plus a cot. Additional guests are not allowed without our authorisation.
How do I use the heating and cooling (aerothermal)?
All four bedrooms have an air-source heat pump and a fan. If anything is unclear, write or call us and we will help you right away.
Is smoking allowed?
Not inside the house. Yes on the terrace and by the pool, where there are ashtrays.
Do you allow parties or stag/hen weekends?
No. Casa Amelia is a place to rest, meant for families, couples and quiet groups.
Is cleaning available for long stays?
Yes, on request. Tell us how many days you will stay and we will arrange it.
